Mimi, Priyanka Sarkar, Jaya Ahsan, Nusrat Jahan and Sohini Sarkar respectively paint the dilemma’s, hazards, desires and perils of a woman which is vividly replicated in the first song Duniya as released by the makers.

Penned by Smaranjit Chakraborty the song was released two days back on the 8th of July. Actress Chitrangada Chakraborty performs on the song along the alleys of the ‘City of Joy’ which also introduces the principal characters, alongside. The movie is based on acclaimed writer Smaranjit Chakraborty’s novel of the same name which also focuses on the dark side of Kolkata.

Each has their frustrations and crisis and how their paths finally crosses and turns their life ‘topsy-turvy’ forms the climax of the story.  Produced by SVF, ‘Crisscross’ which is eyeing an August 10th release has music by Jam 8.
