The teaser of Pratim D Gupta‘s next, Ahare Mon has been released recently. From the look, it seems like an unconventional love story about the people who are not allowed to fall in love because of some personal or professional constraints. The film will feature more than one unusual love stories in parallel and all those stories will be linked together in the climax. Pratim’s two favourite actors Ritwick Chakraborty and Parno Mittra will be paired in one of the love stories. Both were seen together in Pratim’s other film “Saheb Bibi Golam”. For both of them, it will be the third film with the director. Another favourite actress of the director, Paoli Dam will also be a part of the film and opposite her, it will be Adil Hussain, a very talented actor from Bollywood. It will be Adil Hussain’s second Bengali film. He was last seen in Arindam Sil directed “Har Har Byomkesh”. The third love story has the most interesting pair Anjan Dutt and Mamata Shankar. These two veteran actors were paired together in movies like ‘Kharij’ and ‘Grihajuddho’. It will be a delight to watch them together once again. Both of them have worked with Pratim D Gupta earlier, but according to the director this time they will be seen in completely different characters.

Apart from these bunch of experienced talented actors, there will be young girl Chitrangada Chakraborty who will make her debut in Bengali film. She is a Bengali girl based in Mumbai where she acts in plays. Being a hardcore romantic film, music will play an important part. Neel Dutt will compose music for the film. It will be the first time when Pratim will work with Neel. There is another interesting news about the music of Ahare Mon, director Srijit Mukherjee has written the lyrics for the title song of the film. Other songs were written by Srijato Bandyopadhyay. Now we all are looking forward to the release of the film produced under the banner of AVMA Media LLP. The film will hit the theatres on the 29th of June this year.
